Shipping Policy:

Shipping for non-customized items: If you purchase your product before 3:00 PM PST your product will ship same day Monday-Friday except holidays. The majority of our products will ship via Fedex Smartpost which may take 2-8 business days to receive. Fedex will drop the package off at your local post office, and your local post office will deliver the package to the shipping address provided. Heavier products will ship via Fedex Ground which may take 1-4 business days to receive. 

Shipping for customized items: Please allow 1-3 Business days for all custom -made items to be cut. The majority of our products will ship via Fedex Smartpost which may take 2-8 business days to receive. Fedex will drop the package off at your local post office, and your local post office will deliver the package to the shipping address provided. Heavier products will ship via Fedex Ground which may take 1-4 business days to receive. 

 


 

Return Policy:

Return Policy for non-customized items: Item may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Your package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery confirmation from FedEx, UPS or USPS. The item should have no damages or modifications made to it. All items MUST be in its original packaging and unused.

After receiving the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item’s price within 3-5 business days. Foamma.com is not liable for shipping charges on exchanges and returns. 

Return Shipping would be paid by the buyer unless wrong or defective item was received. In that case, we pay for return shipment.

Return Policy for Customized items: We are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or make any refunds for custom-made cut items unless wrong or defective item was received. In that case, we will pay for return shipping and refund will be made within 3-5 business days following receipt of the item.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@foamma.com or call us at 213-640-7149.. We will gladly assist you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we firmly suggest you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

"CUSTOM CUT FOAM" DEFINED: PLEASE TAKE HEED THAT WHEN AN ORDER IS SPECIFICALLY PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR ORDERED SPECIFICATIONS, THE PRODUCT IS IDENTIFIED AS "CUSTOM CUT PRODUCT". AS SUCH, PRODUCT IS PRODUCED FOR YOUR SPECIFIC INTENT OF USE AND REFUND SHALL NOT EXCEED 20 PERCENT OF FUND ORIGINALLY PAID FOR ORDER.

Return Instructions:

For us to be able to process the refunds/ exchanges, please return the item to the address:

Please send us an e-mail at info@foamma.com with the tracking number. We will require this, in order, to process the refund/exchange. We cannot issue any refund without a return tracking number of your receipt from the post office. Please Email Tracking Number to 213-640-7149., with the Order ID as the Subject Title.

In addition to your return, if you be so kind to place a small description/ reason for your return.

We can Authorize the Return/ Exchange; please note that we do not return shipping fees nor do we cover return shipping charges. Please do not write a very high declared value as we do not accept freight collect.
